Janne K. Hansen is the co-owner and creative visionary of Goldfingers, a jewelry workshop located in the heart of Copenhagen. Her upbringing, shaped by a mother who embraced artistic expression and a father renowned for his precision and craftsmanship, deeply influences her approach to design today. This fusion of artistry and meticulous attention to detail forms the foundation of her work.
As a goldsmith, designer, and artist, Janne blends traditional techniques with modern aesthetics, crafting jewelry that is both timeless and meaningful. She is celebrated for her ability to move between simple, bold designs and pieces that convey deep emotion, telling personal stories through wearable art.
Janne’s creations have been showcased in prestigious exhibitions like the Charlottenborg Spring Exhibition and the Danish Arts Foundation, where her work is recognized not only as jewelry but as a powerful form of personal storytelling. Alongside Karl Ejnar and the team at Goldfingers, she creates bespoke, handcrafted pieces that push the boundaries of design while maintaining the intimate, personal touch that defines her philosophy.
