Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: You may return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging, certificates, and receipts.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid prior to shipping.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized jewelry pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact Us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage or defect.

  • Replacement or Refund: We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the event of a confirmed defect.

Return Instructions and Shipping Costs

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible. We can help arrange FedEx shipping for your return, ensuring full insurance coverage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs: For returns within Denmark, we will deduct 65 DKK from your refund. For international returns, we will deduct 150 DKK. This fee covers part of the shipping expenses, with us covering the remainder of the cost, which is typically double this amount.

Insured Shipping: Returns shipped with FedEx are fully insured, so you are covered if any issues arise during transit.

Alternatively: You are also welcome to deliver returns in person at Goldfingers. Please contact us to arrange a drop-off time.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us via email at mail@goldfingers.dk with your order number and reason for return, and we will assist with shipping arrangements.

  2. Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee as indicated.
