THE REAL THING

Every item in Goldfingers is handcrafted. We make an effort of giving thorough descriptions and taking natural photos of the jewelry, so that you may feel you know the piece of jewelry well, and therefore are able to make a qualified decision about a purchase.

 

PURCHASE

When you have made a decision of purchase, please add to the basket and fill out the form with address, credit card information etc. Transportation cost is added to the total cost and you can see the amount in the form. As soon as the purchase is completed, we will send you an Order Confirmation on the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will start production of your order. Production time for the specific product is noted in the product description.

 

GIFT-WRAPPING AND A HAPPY GREETING

We love to make it a thrilling experience to unwrap a much-desired object from Goldfingers. When you place an order, simply write in the textbox on the ordering sheet if you wish it gift-wrapped for someone special (perhaps yourself?). We are also happy to add a card to the gift with your personal greeting – handwritten of course. Add the information in the textbox as well. 

 

PACKING

Each piece of jewelry from Goldfingers is handmade and precious. That is why we take the utmost care in packing, using the most trusted materials and packing ways. There may be many layers to open, but it all just adds to the excitement of unpacking and the satisfaction to see your product arrived in mint condition.

At Goldfingers, we are happy to be able to send our jewelry out to more than 60 countries worldwide.

Free shipping for all orders above 2.000 dkr.

Shipping cost for Denmark is 60 dkr.

Shipping cost for rest of the world is 200 dkr.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time for the specific product is noted in the product description.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Products which are in stock will be delivered inside Denmark within 2-3 working days and the EU within 7 working days and outside the EU within 14 working days. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, Goldfingers will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock again. The delivery time in that case may take up to eight weeks for customers within the EU and up to 10 weeks for customers who are located outside the EU. On the day we dispatch the product to you, we will send you a confirmation along with information about how to track your shipment with the forwarder. On the shipping-date we will subtract the payment from your credit-account.

 

INSURANCE DURING TRANSPORTATION

Your item is fully insured during transportation all the way to your doorstep.

 

LIMITATION ON TRANSPORTATION

Limitation on delivery is in effect should our forwarder for some reason refuse shipment to the delivery address. This event is unlikely, as our forwarder is well accustomed to worldwide shipping. Please also note that you may be liable for any extra transportation charge in the event your parcel cannot be delivered easily due to difficult or restricted access to your address/the delivery address. If other circumstances beyond our control cause delay for your delivery, we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
